Congratulations to Gladbrook-Reinbeck for dominating class 1A as it exits the tournament with a championship and undefeated record! Other congratulations also to Treynor for winning the class 2A championship with a 24-3 record. Other games today included North Scott and Pleasant Valley advancing to the finals. It will be an interesting day with the consolation matches in the morning involving two one seeds, a two seed, and a six seed. It will also be interesting to watch #7 Wahlert, Dubuque (17-9) take on #5 LeMars (22-4). Either way, good luck to all of the teams playing – make your communities proud!

The weather today will be colder than yesterday but still beautiful. Mostly sunny skies will remain through the day with somewhat of a chilly start before temperatures warm to the 60s. Still a great day to get out an enjoy the warm weather as we never know how long we may have it. Winds won’t be a concern either, so absolutely nothing to speak of.

Enjoy your Saturday!
