The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for vast majority of the state on Monday, with the exception of far western Iowa. Relative humidity of 25-30% and 15-30 MPH winds (gusting to 40 MPH) will lead to dangerous red flag conditions for most. Any fire that is started will spread quickly – outdoor burning is not recommended.
