THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DES MOINES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR…
CENTRAL WEBSTER COUNTY IN CENTRAL IOWA…

* UNTIL 630 AM CST MONDAY

* AT 1226 AM CST…LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A LARGE ICE JAM
600 YARDS SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY D14 BRIDGE WITH FLOODING REPORTED
IN THE RIVERDALE DR AREA. THIS ICE JAM WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING
IN THE SCENIC DRIVE AND BREEN ROAD AREAS. FLASH FLOODING ACROSS
THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING.

THIS ICE JAM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY SOUTH AND WILL CAUSE FLASH
FLOODING UPSTREAM OF IT TONIGHT.
